Unlocking Happiness Within
Wednesday Nov 13, 2024
Wednesday Nov 13, 2024
Employee engagement in 2024 dropped to just 30%! In this episode, I sit down with Brandi Hudson, a Happiness and Performance Coach who specializes in guiding high-achieving women toward a life of true fulfillment. Brandi shares her journey of realizing that conventional measures of success—a prestigious career, financial stability, and a dream home—weren’t bringing her the happiness she’d expected. Today, she empowers others to look within and prioritize happiness as the ultimate marker of success.
We discuss:
- Why chasing external success without alignment often leads to burnout and dissatisfaction
- The idea of “productivity” and why appearing busy doesn’t always mean feeling fulfilled
- Brandi’s proprietary B.A.S.E. method, a transformative approach for building happiness and resilience
- Daily habits like journaling, meditation, and gratitude that help reframe personal success
- The power of intuition and listening to those inner “whispers” guiding us toward our purpose
